1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Theory Test Online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Theory Test Online for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Theory Test Online cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Payment and Refunds
If you purchase a subscription or product through the Service:
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities
- You are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund request at our discretion
5. Subscription Services
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise indicated). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content on this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Theory Test Online or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
DVSA questions and materials are used under license and remain the property of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
7. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and publish such content.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or another user
- To engage in any automated use of the system
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
9. Disclaimer
The materials on Theory Test Online are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that the Service will guarantee you will pass your theory test.
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Theory Test Online or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
